Pet Criteria:

One dog per apartment. It is a additional $25.00 per month NOT TO EXCEED 2 PETS with a maximum of $50.00 per month. A dog must be less than 35lbs, must be spayed or neutered and up to date with all shots.

One cat per apartment It is a additional $25.00 per month NOT TO EXCEED 2 PETS with a maximum of $50.00 per month. Cats are to be kept inside at all times, must be spayed or neutered and up to date with all shots.
